Excerpted from “Man charged with death threats against Washington Senator Patty Murray” By Ryan Gamble, Examiner.com, April 6, 8:06 PM
A man was charged with threatening to kill Washington Senator Patty Murray on Tuesday. Charles Alan Wilson was arrested and charged with threatening to kill Sen. Murray because of her vote on the health care bill recently. He had placed several voice mail messages to her office with serious threats. I say violence is no answer.
But, I am concerned, are we missing anyone? Could we get a debatepolitics.com conservative roll call?
"I hope you realize, there's a target on your back now. There are many people out there who want you dead. ... Kill the ----ing senator. I'll donate the lead."

There is due political process and people need to learn how to use it and organize it.

The media is really making hay out of this story. It's just one guy who probably listens to Rush daily, and he left some stupid voicemails because he's not too smart. So, it makes National News...
Slow news week???
Anything the MSM can do to stir up anti-Repub sentiment, they will.....
go figure, huh?But MSM reported the arrest of the guy who threatened Cantor.
I think folks are getting worked up over something that is very typical in American politics. People on MSNBC like Chris ( tingle up my leg) Matthews are building this up. I also think they would not mind if someone is injured so they can jabber some more.
Sadly there are fringe groups on both sides that are out there. Growing up in the 60's with three horrendous assasinations, violent anti-war protests and the construction workers who attacked college kids in the streets. The violence at the 68 democratic convention etc. This is baby stuff calling people names.
I am afraid that MSNBC is trying to goad some lunatic to take violent action to enhance their rating for a week.
No no and no !! This is in no way being "something that is very typical in American politics". We have people on a wide spread basis accusing the President of not being born here hence not legitimate. At least one Republican Congressman who was asked if he thought that Obama was born here or not responded with “well I have not seen a birth certificate”. Well have we ever before in history asked a president to prove “show his birth certificate “? When has this ever happened before in history? How about that South Carolina buffoon who yelled out “you lie” at the President during an official address!! Nice!!! How about the idiot who yelled out “baby killer” at another Congressman. When is the last time that we have seen the wide scale name calling and down right demonization of elected officials.
What we have is not Chris Matthews “ building this up” but agent provocateurs such as Shaun Vannity , Glenn Wreck, Limbaugh, Ann Coulter , Rep Cantor, Dick Armey’, etc who have spurred on ( directly or indirectly ) the less than stable to make threatening calls, break windows, and who know maybe worse such as murder some day.
Actually, that whole thing about Obama's birth certificate was completely vetted after the FBI checked him out, like they check EVERY candidate out who runs for the presidency. And don't forget that it was the FBI under Bush that checked out Obama. If they had seen anything strange about his birth certificate, I am sure they would have put it in their report.
