Don't be. I went out and got a useless 4 year degree, but that's not going to stop me from having my house paid off in 10-15 more years (we bought it 6 years ago), having plenty put away for retirement, and a good chunk of my kid's college paid for, should they choose to go.

I feel your pain.

My problem was my degree had no value outside of education...and I don't want to be an educator anymore. I tried it. It wasn't enjoyable.

I'm not sure which cycle of liberals you mean. Depending on the country and strata of society, there are people out there singing kumbaya to this very day. But they were usually the liberals in the original meaning and not very tolerant at all.

That's what I've been trying to figure out. At first, I thought, well, maybe it's all old people, retired, right? Well, not according to the photos. So then, I think, must be rich kids with nothing better to do, right? Nope.


So, then, I think....teachers, maybe....? Because they don't work in the summer? Nah.

So...the last option it could be is...social security beneficiaries, or something of the like.


Either way, I work, what...60-70 hours per week, and every now and then, more than that. Where do all of these apparently jobless people come from?

They're a combination of the unemployed because of our dour economy and professional protesters who found that yelling is the only thing they're good at.

If there's anything we've learned from the Brexit vote, it's the potential for hatred and xenophobia to overcome a nation. I think we really need to start cracking down on hateful speech, and if our government won't do it, we the people should do it.
