Mainstream media biased?

US on election in Georgia (Europian Georgia):
"Intimidation of voters, bribery, violation of voting secrecy, violence against observers and journalists are unacceptable and continue to undermine the electoral process in Georgia, although they are not SUFFICIENT to recognize the illegitimacy of the election results."
Just like that... So, it is not just Media bias and hypocrisy.
