Trump is a collaborator.You're Putin's bitch, Donald.
The American Republican has gone from "Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall" to "Mr. Putin, please sir, with tears in my eyes, if you would just accept not taking ALL of the nation you invaded, we'd be ever so grateful!"Trump is a collaborator.
Trump didnt even write that book lol.Yeah really. They get to invade a completely innocent nation which posed no risk to them and now Maggot's proposal is that they get to keep the land they usurped and pay no price for their shameless aggression and savagery.
And Ukraine gets no security assurance, has to agree to give an aggressor land they took over by FORCE and cannot ever join NATO.
And Russia's "big concession?" They'll "stop the war!"
Wow, impressive negotiating there. The "art of the deal" my ass.
OMG, you have to be kidding me.
"Asked what concessions Russia was offering on Thursday, Trump replied, “stopping the war,” suggesting that not “taking the whole country” is a “pretty big concession.”
US allies express alarm at Trump’s plan to let Russia keep most of the land it seized from Ukraine
If they could take the whole country, they'd have done it.
Hillary Clinton was right on target when she made the statement that trump was Putin's Puppet. So was Nancy Pelosi when she said that with him 'all roads lead to Putin'.Yeah really. They get to invade a completely innocent nation which posed no risk to them and now Maggot's proposal is that they get to keep the land they usurped and pay no price for their shameless aggression and savagery.

Nothing you've said justifies or legitimizes Russia's seizure of Crimea. If Zelensky and Ukraine could have "liberated" the entire country, they would have done that, too. They didn't even fire a shot when they allowed Crimea to waltz out the door, and now claim foul...
Huh???If Zelensky and Ukraine could have "liberated" the entire country, they would have done that, too. They didn't even fire a shot when they allowed Crimea to waltz out the door, and now claim foul...

Trump has been trying to find a way to end the war.. Putin's gains are slowing way down - but still gains.Honestly, Trump is being the realist here. Biden should have pushed much harder for some sort of compromise. That was the big failure on his part.
What I object to is that Trump is weakening our hand so badly that he's encouraging Putin to go beyond his current position. Biden left Trump a strong hand to negotiate with and Trump just wasted it. And now...he doesn't hold the cards.
Trump has been trying to find a way to give putin most or all of what the Russian leader wants.Trump has been trying to find a way to end the war.. Putin's gains are slowing way down - but still gains.
Biden was all about endless war (attrition) -and that was never going to work to Ukr's advantage
Someone else here wrote both are acting the fool. Z should negotiate, and rightfully claim he saved Ukr from being swallowed by Russia
Russia should negotiate and claim victory by keeping Ukr out of NATO (if not the EU) and getting that "buffer" from NATO expansion
And he can claim de-Nazification. Z can claim he's made Ukr a western state ( albeit in eastern Europe), as a "security guarantee"
etc.
Pont being we need a new mindset not just who's gonna win. Because I dont see any winners, but I do see a way out.
The international community -especially Europe needs to back up a negotiated settlement. They obviously cannot replace USA military aid
And I'm sure you are savvy enough to know Russia simply hasn't got any ability to invade any other country -most are NATO anyway
I would sure like to see the fact a settlement benefits both sides be espoused by Rubio/Europe
When they show you who they are.....believe them.Nothing you've said justifies or legitimizes Russia's seizure of Crimea.
Still, this message - Post #8 - does tell us more about who and what you are.
^meaningless rantTrump has been trying to find a way to give putin most or all of what the Russian leader wants.
THIS is what trump has been doing. Trump is nothing more than a Russian collaborator.
How is depicting trump as a Russian collaborator "meaningless rant"?^meaningless rant
It's hard not to think Donnie Boy's just punking everyone and one day he's going to admit it was all an act. I mean, dude, seriously? If he thinks the concession from Russia is not taking the country, then what a sack of bricks he must be. Russia hasn't been able to take the entire country because the US and other nations have been funding Ukraine's military to help prevent that from happening. Hot damn this is dumb.Yeah really. They get to invade a completely innocent nation which posed no risk to them and now Maggot's proposal is that they get to keep the land they usurped and pay no price for their shameless aggression and savagery.

What part of my statement confuses you? Ukraine has been fighting Russia for over three years, stripping NATO of its weapons stockpiles. Over a million men on both sides have been killed in what is a modern version of World War I trench warfare. While American-supplied Javelin, Stinger, and Switchblade loitering missiles saved Kiev, the reality is that Russia has slowly gained ground during the fighting. Despite promises of “Spring Offensives” and claims that German tanks will once again defeat Russia—a 1940s-era fantasy rekindled—Ukraine has only demonstrated its inability to evict Russia from former Ukrainian territory.Huh???
What in the world are you saying?

So let's cut to the chase. It's all Zelinsky's fault and Putin is a victim. What part of my statement confuses you? As for Crimea, on February 21, 2014, Viktor Yanukovych fled Ukraine in response to Obama’s coup. The next day, Obama’s chosen political party seized power, completing Obama's coup. About a week later, the “Little Green Men” moved into Crimea and began seizing key infrastructure sites, including the Crimean parliament in Simferopol and airports in Simferopol and Sevastopol. During this paramilitary operation, not a single shot was fired. On March 16, less than a month after Obama’s coup, the people of Crimea voted to join Russia, and two days later, Russia signed a treaty formally incorporating Crimea and Sevastopol as federal subjects of the Russian Federation.
So what did Ukraine do in response? Did they fight to keep their territory? Nope. Despite the insolent dictator Zelenskyy’s recent protestations about “not giving up Crimea,” all Ukraine did was the equivalent of sending a strongly worded letter.
