Biden is similar to Mueller. Biden has no detailed knowledge of what his positions are, but he has people around him who will guide him and tell him what positions he supports.

Anyway, when making a contention as you have, it helps to provide evidence to support your contention.

You do it by accurately accessing the real cost of our fossil fuel dependence and taxing it so that the American People have a way to recoup their costs.

Trump simply supports more fossil fuel use in the face of American Industry actually trying to use less. Trump is if anything pushing on a rope.

That opposition to fracking was during the primary campaign (see debate video below for "proof" - at about the 7:25 mark) when it was important for Biden to be as almost as "green" as Sanders.

He said he's not for defunding police yet he called for redirecting police funds away from police lol.

I fully expect his energy plan to favor renewables over fossil fuels and I fully expect that means scaling back government subsidies for the fossil fuel energy an LESS fracking.
