I am looking for a few people to help test some software that I am writing, which I plan to offer as freeware, once finished.

I have seen everybody and his mother offering video tuners for internet TV stations for a buck. I have also read many reviews, where people have paid as much as $40.00 for software which doesnt work, or has outdated links, or obtained it free and loaded with spyware. At this time, I am writing a program which will:

1) contain a list of internet TV stations.

2) will have a virtual tuner which will play any station that is selected from the list.

3) will display all content in fullscreen mode.

4) will be user-configurable, with the ability for the user to update and change the list of stations, along with station info.

At this time, there are 86 internet TV stations (All in English) which will be included with the package.

The requirements to be able to use this program are:

1) A Windows-based operating system.

2) A broadband internet connection.

2) The latest version of Windows media player.

3) The latest version of Realplayer.

4) Either the latest version of Quicktime Player Pro or Videolan (videolan is freeware). I will also be interested in one person who has the freeware version of Quicktime player.

At this point, the program is working, and I am in the process of configuring the channels. After I write the installer, the beta will be available. I am estimating that this will be around 2-3 weeks, considering the limited amount of time I have available right now.

The GUI is pretty much bare bones, so if there is anyone who can pretty it up, they will be given credit for helping to write the program.

If interested, send me a PM.
