How the hell can I turn this off?
 
And how can I turn it on?
It's never worked for me.
 
Well, to be honest, the only thing that I've seen it do is to cause a little pop-up that tells me that there is a new post in the thread that I just posted in.
 
What the hell is Live Topic, anyhow? I've noticed the little icon for a day or two now. :confused:
