The news outlet said it reviewed the loan estimate dated May 28, 2021, prepared by Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union for Cook's Atlanta property that says: "Property Use: Vacation Home," which appears to contradict other paperwork cited by Pulte alleging that Cook marked multiple properties as primary residences.

Buying multiple homes and getting loans requires a lot of paperwork. No telling what she wrote and where she wrote it. I'd let the court system figure all that out.

This reminds me of the 34 fraud convictions against Trump, who was actually found guilty by a jury. Ms. Cook has not been charged with a crime.

You might have to bring charges first. She hasn't been charged. Trump claims to be investigating, but who can prove even that? This admin lies constantly.

let me know when she is convicted of mortgage fraud. for the one hundred millionth time, "innocent until proven guilty", something the right seems to have forgotten.
the fact is that she hasn't even been charged with it, let alone convicted. it "appears" that trump is just pandering to his base, for the one hundred millionth time.

Are you this strict about the 3 Trump cabinet members who referred to multiple homes as their "primary residence" on mortgage forms?

Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer entered into two primary-residence mortgages in quick succession, including for a second home near a country club in Arizona, where she’s known to vacation.

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy has primary-residence mortgages in New Jersey and Washington, D.C.

Lee Zeldin, the Environmental Protection Agency administrator, has one primary-residence mortgage in Long Island and another in Washington, D.C., according to loan records.

Trump Is Accusing Foes With Multiple Mortgages of Fraud. Records Show 3 of His Cabinet Members Have Them.

The White House has targeted opponents, including a Fed governor, for having more than one primary residence on their loan papers. ProPublica found that, in one case, a Trump cabinet secretary got two such mortgages in quick succession.
