So women do not have the right to do the same thing as men get to do?
a. what body would be butchered? A ZEF has no right to anything. Also, not a human being because that is what happens after birth. Also, her body, her uterus, her right to choose.
b. As soon as men have a uterus and will carry the ZEF he will have the right to choose, until then, tough luck for men if they have impregnated someone
c. what happens in China has nothing to do with freedom of choice, women are not being free to choice so it has nothing to do with our discussion.

Doesn't change the reality that Roe v. Wade determined that the government has no right to interfere in their early part of the pregnancy of any woman.

Also, her alleged gang-rape also had no bearing on the outcome of the case, how she got pregnant was not the issue, the issue was that the government interjected her into the private decision about her body/pregnancy without there being any legal right or justification.

Many adults? Virtually no abortions end up in "survival" especially not when discussing elective abortion, which is what the freedom of choice really is all about. Late abortions that could lead to survivals but late abortions are generally done for medical reasons and survival is mostly already not possible as the fetus is severely deformed or is not believed to be able to survive birth.

Even the title of the thread is absolute nonsense, we are pro-choice advocates, not "abortion supporters" as it is none of our business what a woman decides about HER body. You can be against abortion and still support freedom to choose as it is not our right to decide what a woman decides about her own body, regardless of what we personally think.

Most people on the left have observed that the noisiest Anti-woman's rights groups are also the noisiest ones who would refuse a single mother any help at all (through no fault of her own) ....if she was absolutely destitute and sleeping under a bridge. But hey, if you want to limit who's allowed to offer an opinion in this forum, why should women who have never been pregnant and never will be have a right to an opinion? Why should any woman who hasn't had an abortion be entitled to one?

What you've characterized as "trash, lies, and idiocy" is obviously contrary to your viewpoint, but there is no reason to say that someone whose opinion differs from yours is lying. Just a little bit of respect for those whose viewpoints you oppose would go a long way toward a civil discussion.

In 2012, a woman suffering from a miscarriage at 17 weeks could not have the fetus aborted due to Ireland’s abortion laws. Once they were certain the fetus was dead they performed the abortion.

And the mother died Andre hours later because of the resulting blood poisoning that resulted in waiting three days to be sure the fetus was dead.

You can google the sad affair and read about it yourself should you chose to. But the question remains…do you believe it is moral to put the mother in physical danger to save the fetus no matter what? And if so, would it not be murder to force that situation on the mother as it was not her fault and out of her control?

Now, if you are okay with abortions performed to save the mother but feel it is murder otherwise, please make it clear to us why it isn’t murder.

Now, if you want to talk about Bocelli, it should be noted that while true his mother refused the abortion, he wa not born blind bit did have poor eyesight which he lost in a socce game when he was 11.

Also, it should be noted that his family had the financial means to take care of him; so many families do not and let us be honest…you are likely against providing government assistance to those in that situation.

Look, you wish to be against abortion and peach it to anyone will listen? Then, by God, do it! But you don’t get to dictate laws on the subject. You don’t get to impose your opinion on others in the form of laws.
