Liberals Rewrite History to Justify Their #MeToo Hypocrisy

One of the most egregious examples of revisionism can be found in a column by the New York Times’ Michelle Goldberg, who employs nearly every attack Americans were warned never to use against alleged sexual-assault victims during the Kavanaugh hearings — questioning their motivations, asking why they didn’t file charges, attacking them for not remembering specifics, etc. And yet, even if we adopt Goldberg’s new standards, Tara Reade still emerges as a more credible accuser than Christine Blasey Ford.

The left's hypocrisy is unbelievably appalling. Unsurprisingly, no leftwing media outlet will even address it.

We believe them when they have evidence, but not when they're paid to make up stuff right before an important hearing or election.

To be fair, the vast bulk of them always believed women when said women were accusing a target on the left. Those right wingers just sort of innocently forgot about this brave moral stand when someone on the right was accused.

How else could so many here on DP be capable of typing with a straight face that because Biden said "believe women", everyone who votes for Biden is a hypocrite, and especially so when not voting for Biden helps Trump either directly (voting for Trump) or indirectly (not a vote for his opponent)? Hell, I've even seen DP right wingers who say they don't believe Reade still playing that game.

Nancy Facelift is a disgusting wealthy leftwinger who really believes the rules don't apply to her self-righteous self or her party. She profits from the system she claims to hate. She is pro-baby killing, yet claims to be a devout Catholic. If you question her hypocrisy, she becomes VERY indignant. I don't judge people, but I'll just charitably say I sure wouldn't want to trade places with her after she dies. She is 100% evil.

Agreed. More credible, and still, there are questions and doubts about her story and her history.

A lot of them echo the same questions and doubts about Christine Blasey Ford's story and history.

The one thing I have noticed about Trump's supporters is they avoid discussing Trump. They must avoid at all costs dealing with Trump in real time, what Trump is currently doing, saying, and tweeting.

Instead they talk about liberals, revisionist history, Kavanaugh, Tara Reade, and Joe Biden's sex life.

But never anything about Trump in the here and now.

Why is that?

We all know the answer to that one, including Trump's fans.

Maybe because the thread is about the hypocrisy of the left dealing with accusations against Kavanaugh vs accusations against Biden. But we all noticed how no one on the left can discuss any topic without bringing Trump into it.

Why is that?

Sure. I'll discuss Trump. He's been the most successful president in many decades. His instincts are right on the money. He's done a great job appointing conservative judges all over the country, and he's been very strong on this virus. There. Anything else?

But the topic is Biden and the left's hypocrisy.

Unlike with Blasey Ford, there is corroboration, and there are accounts of the event at the time.

there are still doubts on both of their stories. But less doubts on Tara's story than Ford's

There is also people who were actually at the event that denied Tara was there...It didn't help kick Kavanaugh to the curb and neither will it kick Biden.

There is nobody who can verify, nor any proof that Blasey Ford ever met Kavanaugh. There is no corroboration past or present. There is not a shred of evidence this ever happened. No exact time, location, or story. There is NOTHING.
