....because THEY cannot ever hope to successfully have laws legally legislated because they do not, ..nor have THEY ever represented the mainstream majority!
The senate republicans NEED to have this fight with the democrats, ..& clear the air once, & for all.
Liberal activist judges...are the one who started all this crap, ..interjecting their OWN personal policy preferences instead of "FOLLOWING THE WRITTEN LAWS" of the constitution!
THis is EXACTLY WHY THE SENATE LIBERAL DEMOCRATS OPPOSE ALMOST EVERY REPUBLICAN JUDGE NOMINEE, ..it is BECAUSE LIBERALS KNOW THAT THESE NOMINEES WILL NEVER USE THE BENCH TO LEGISLATE AS THE LIBERAL DEMOCRATS JUDGE NOMINEES DO!
THIS IS WHAT FRIGHTENS THE SENATE DEMOCRATS; ..because IF LEFT UP TO THE PEOPLE,....they WOULD OPPOSE MOST LIBERAL LEGISLATION, ..& THEY KNOW IT!
Senate liberals, ..as most liberals do NOT want the majority to have their voices heard through their representatives & the election process, ..THEY PREFER liberal ideologue JUDGES mandating laws through the courts by THEIR PERSONAL opinions, ..so they can effectively FORCE such laws upon the majority!
"Abortion", ..IF left up to the (people) MAJORITY, THEY NEVER would have said that it should be legal to murder the child growing within the womb, & damn sure NEVER would have said it was a constitutional right...
and...COURT ORDERED STUDENT BUSING in order to "supposidely" desegregate the public schools, ..by sending everybody's children miles & miles out of their way, & TAKING AWAY THEIR CIVIL RIGHTS to send their own children to the schools close to home to attend WAS an ABOMINATION.
The liberals lust to enhance, & invent new laws like; "The hate laws"...WHAT AN INVENTION!! AS ALL PEOPLE ARE PROTECTED BY THE CONSTITUTION, & BY LAW!
It is also paramount, that the liberal leftists also want the courts to enhance, & enact "special" rights for those that CHOOSE to engage in homosexual, & other forms of anti-social behavior!
This whole notion of "special rights" through liberal judicial court activism for focus groups is ABSURD & ILLEGAL, ..& a direct slap in the face of ALL the MAINSTREAM MAJORITY of americans, ..not to mention that it ALSO "disinfranchises" the MAJORITY from EVER having a say in their own government! (EXACTLY WHAT LIBERALS HOPE FOR, ..because liberals FEAR the MAJORITY!
Coming soon will be the senate democrats, & their liberal whacko fringe groups all united to smear the appointment of Judge Alito to the Supreme court.
AS usual, he will be portrayed as a hater, a racist, A woman hater...& an extremist, ..& once again the liberals will be saying, "HE does not represent the mainstream".....which of course is complete rubbish.

"Alitto is not like we are, ..LIBERAL ACTIVISTS that want personal policy preferences to trump the will of the majority"!
Senate liberal democrats= disingenuine, less than honest, & will go to any length to destroy the will, & power of the majority, ..AND LOVE SLANDERING, & DESTROYING even our black minorities, & judges if THEY do not tow the liberal ideology line.
Some liberals have even charged that Clarence Thomas does NOT deserve to even be counted as a "black" supreme court judge!!!
What in the hell is THAT supposed to mean?? So now, ..liberals decide to "disqualify" judge Thomas from his own race???
This IS the absurdity of liberal ideology, ..AND the danger of what it begets IF one "wanders" away from WHAT the liberals decide what is right, legal, honest..or morally correct!
I personnally hope EVERY minute of this upcoming senate fight is SHOWN on television, C-span, or whatever....so that the REAL mainstream majority can see for themselves the evil that modern liberalism has permeated upon all of american society by the acceptance of abortion as law, the special rights lusted for homosexuals, to the disgraceful behavior of democrats AGAINST our black conservatives who are entreated by senate democrats shamefully, ..the lust to take away our rights to own guns, & even the lust of these same liberal senate democrats to villainize America, our soldiers,.. & our president!
The modern liberal democratic party is going down the WRONG road, ..but are too arrogant, & filled with hate, rage..& contempt because they cannot win elections anymore, & in actuality they despise the mainstream majority who have rejected them, & their ideology base; ..but HOPE to rule over them by judicial activist fiat!
If they cannot get it through the courts, ..they will actively seek to destroy the presidency of Mr. Bush; ..& THIS is NOW the template of the modern democratic party right up to the 08' elections.
