Legalization of Marijuana

I need some arguments for and against the legalization of marijuana. Help me out guys! It's for a TOK (Theory of Knowledge) project. Thanks!
 
My personal take is that it should be legal, but still allow private companies to test and hire/fire based on thier opinion of what OK levels should be.
 
legalize it, its less harmfully than alcohol, yet alcohol is legal. also it should fall under the same place as alcohol age limit no toking and driving, you shouldn't be able to fire people based on your excepting of it because you don't fire some one for drinking, as long as it doesn't interfere with the job. i believe whats done at home stays at home as long as it doesn't effect you at work.
 
Absolutely legalize it and stop wasting tax dollars on this dumb a*s prohibition. We could do so much better with our money if we used it on treatment programs for those who have serious abuse problems with it. Heres a link that might give you some good ideas for your class.
