400 arrested as left wing protesters clash with far-right in Germany | Europe | News | The Independent

No better than the criminal thugs who protested at Trump rallies in Calif.

How far do you think that the far-right will get in Germany or the USA?

I predict total failure for the far-right in Germany and in the USA.

If you have other ideas-fill us in.

Why do you espouse liberalism as being anything other than a turd pie?

400 arrested as left wing protesters clash with far-right in Germany

(CNN)Five hundred people were arrested in Germany after violent clashes broke out, authorities said.

More than 1,000 people were protesting Saturday
Germany protests: Hundreds arrested - CNN.com

so they arrested about half of them? Nice :)

"Demonstrators tried to block party members from entering the building where their conference was taking place."
Sounds very familiar..

So Germany arrests half of the protesters and uses water cannons on "crowds" and mace on "crowds" and they complain about America? As if..

I see.. you do understand that these "far right" are Neo Nazis... does that mean that Trump is a neo nazi?

In what respect are the "far right" "Neo Nazis"? Do you think they are more statist than the CDU or SPD?

The problem with not investing in the taste of the month because it is fleeting is that it might not be.

No, Trump is an opportunist who will be monetising his 15 minutes for years to come. Those who have voted for him are going to be bitterly disappointed if the man who is used to being autocratic comes up against people that are employed to say no to him. I'm not a fan of Hilary but, the best outcome from this election would be to give her enough rope to hang herself for 5 years while the GOP regroups and decides what it wants to be (driven by a protest group or a serious political heavyweight). I say that as a distant observer however, my key point is that saying Trump is a 'Neo-Nazi' doesn't help when there are genuine 'Neo-Nazis' out there.

That is the story that the traditional parties like to spin. And it is becoming a self-fulfilling prophesy to a certain degree, as the liberal founders find themselves under attack by the traditionalists in the media and competing parties and unsupported because of propaganda like yours, the discontents have gained ground within the AfD. This does not make them "Neo Nazi" by a long shot. It does mean they tend further to nationalistic xenophobia than they did, when the party was founded.

This November we'll see how hate and fear sells with America's voters.

I predict a lot of disappointment for the far right.

Those who believe that Trump will be moving into the White House will be mighty disappointed after the election.

Wait and see.
