My solution:

Proper, legal, Constitutional removals, just as all recent Presidents (besides GW) did.

Rather than making PR shows, end-running the courts, threats, antagonism, and rah-rah ginning-up the base, just quietly and competently go about the business of getting it done. get bit done without the targets or anyone knowing it's happening.

How could this big scene in L.A. possibly be an effective use of government resources? To say nothing of your & my tax dollars?

So if you want to radically crack down on that like Republicans now want, why not propose legislation so those employers get much higher fines and also can be sent to prison?

Instead Trump floats to reward those employers by allowing them to keep their undocumented workers. While academics that are in the US legally can be arrested and risk being deported for writing an Op Ed.

The president's comments suggested a vague plan that would allow the government to bring back "great" people who are "working hard" and who "go out ... in a nice way."
