Croatia was to have entered that incepid country with 300 Leopard MBTs supported by 10,000 combat engineers, until billyboy Clinton halted them with favored trade agreements.

Sr should’ve been shot for treason when he had the embassadors daughter of Kuwait tell congress she saw Iraqi forces dump 23 premature babies from their incubators. Jr for not speaking up about the lie.

Alright, to get back to our discussion then,

Since "billyboy" Clinton stopped Croatia with their tanks to move in to Serbia, might these more favourable POTUS-es do anything differently if they were to be in power during the 1990's?

Maybe encourage Greece to allow Macadonia to succeed a little sooner? Convince Albania to expand their heavy oil production? But short of carpet bombing the Serbs for the consentration camps? No.
 
I remember our press going after the Croats and comparing them to National Socialists. Maybe go after the MSM for their biasness in siding with the democrats like they did in Nam.
