Seriously, though, America shows that it practices what it preaches when it allows even Douchebags like David Duke first Amendment rights.
 
Let him run all he wants, let him embark on a mission to Mars, if it floats his boat too, he doesn't stand a chance of winning any kind of election, except the one for the Presidency of Imbecility whereby he would then be granted full power to rule over a bunch of reptilian good-for-nothing. Indeed in this last category he may even be well ahead of the rest.
