Kilmar Abrego Garcia released from criminal custody in Tennessee

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was wrongly deported in March before being brought back to the U.S., was released from criminal custody in Tennessee on Friday.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was wrongly deported in March before being brought back to the U.S., has been released from criminal custody in Tennessee and is on his way to Maryland, an attorney for Abrego Garcia told ABC News.

The Salvadoran native has been in criminal custody since the federal government brought him back to the U.S. in June to face human smuggling charges.

Once he is released, immigration authorities will not be allowed to detain Abrego Garcia due to a ruling from a federal judge who last month ordered the government to return him to Maryland and blocked the administration from deporting him upon his release in Tennessee.
 

Garcia should never have been deported kidnapped in the first place.
 
I fear donalds criminal regime aren't done with him yet.
 
He was properly deported.

However, he should not have been deported to El Salvador.

Should the DOJ appeal, he will be placed back into detention for eventual deportation.
 
I wonder how much this example of lawlessness is going to cost taxpayers.

What kind of a monetary award can really make up for missing the birth of your first child?

The voted to deport illegals, generally criminal illegals. There was a presumption that this would be done in an orderly fashion with basic dignity and human and constitutional rights adhered to. No person of decency believes the handling of Garcia to be righteous or justified. People did not vote for this garbage.

You will find the polls no longer favor Trump on his handling of these things.

Yeah, which is why it's weird he isn't polling better on it. He also campaigned on improving the economy and reducing inflation. Let's see how he's doing with both of those:
