US senators say they are confident the Saudi crown prince was linked to the murder of a Saudi journalist, following a private CIA briefing.

Senator Lindsey Graham said he had "high confidence" Mohammed bin Salman knew in advance about the killing of Jamal Khashoggi.

The South Carolina Republican described the Saudi royal as "a wrecking ball" and "crazy" and "dangerous".

Influential Graham spoke after the Foreign Relations Committee was briefed on the murder by CIA chief Haspel. He has called for an end to arms sales to the Saudis as a result of their actions.

Not surprising, the politics being played here over Saudi Arabia is only slightly less ridiculous than Saudi Arabia's recent behavior over there.

So just another day. Trump lied to the American people. A bear **** in the woods. The Pope is Catholic.

Anything new today?

...ah, the first one was Jewish...

It is increasingly clear that US policy is being driven by the perceived financial interests of the Trump Organization. I think that is what the emoluments clause was designed to do to, protect the Republic from a corrupt President.

Love what Lindsey Graham had to say about Pompeo and Mattis, citing that if they were Democrats he would be all over them, but since they were Republicans, he has to chalk up their deceptions to "being good soldiers"...

...are we beginning to see a fracture between Trump and those that enable him, the Republican Senate? Are they finally beginning to realize that Trump is a bad actor?

There was no collusion. I had no business involvement in Russia, Etc.

So you actually claim that Trump lied when he denied that there was collusion? Do you have any evidence that he lied about that?
