Despite President Bush's signing statement stating that there would be no oversight on India's nuclear deal with the US, the new Congress is going to have congressional oversight anyways. Which brings me to ask the following question - Does Bush really believe that the new Congress is going to be the same as the old "rubber stamp" Congress, and does he somehow believe that the Neocons are still in power in America? If so, he is going to be sadly disappointed on both fronts during the next 2 years. Then again, he may not be, which is the reason many are now calling him the "bubbleboy".
