Kenosha riot couple back in court for armed robbery

We all remember Kenosha back in 2020, basically the run down is a wanted rapist was justifiably shot while trying to abduct children in a stolen car by Kenosha police, and this alleged “injustice” was used as a pretext to deploy Antifa to Kenosha to do their normal number. While an armed hero named Kyle Rittenhouse was ambushed and subjected to an attempted assasination by numerous Antifa militants, well two of those AM’s were Joshua and Kelly Ziminski, they were helping registered child rapist Joseph Rosenbaum start fires and the Ziminskis themselves were illegally armed with guns which they were firing in the air and threatening people with.

Now prosecutor Binger purposefully slow walked their charges, he did this because he didn’t want the Ziminskis to be able to testify at Rittenhouse’s trial because he feared they would be shredded by Kyle’s defense team. After the Rittenhouse trial Joshua still has not been tried on those arson charges while Kelly took a sweetheart plea and was on parole.

That is until last month, it’s now come to light the Ziminskis face 5 decades in prison because they decided in August of this year to break into someone’s house, hold the homeowner at knifepoint, and then the homeowner had no cash at home, they drove him to multiple ATMs trying to extort him.

Just wild. Which goes to show that there is a reason why many leftists are all about “defund the police” these are the types of people they openly welcome into their “protests”. They are then protected by the system. If Kenosha’s DA brought these characters to trial in 2021 they would be in prison and the public would’ve been safe from them. But see that would mean once convicted they couldn’t claim the 5th amendment to avoid being questioned by Kyle’s lawyers. For a lot of blue types, public safety is less important then show trials.

But they platform people who literally call for the abolition of police and prisons, except presumably the one they wanted to throw Rittenhouse in.

My Cousin a retired Portland Oregon Police Officer agreed with the basic premise, he said that's essentially what they had been asking for, for years. And yes it may have been a poor choice of words, since so many, mostly from "The Right" could not parse the meaning of the word, and assumed it meant 'to abolish'

There is no meaning to parse. The sentence literally means remove all funding from the police. If you heard the phrase “defund medicare” you wouldn’t never accept that meant “reorganize Medicare to be more efficient and provide seniors with more doctors”

They were not in prison because the state purposefully has not been pursuing prosecution. If Kyle was tried in November then there’s no reason Joshua should not have already been tried

The bail is immaterial. He shouldn’t be on bail for a crime committed in 2020 in almost 2023 either way.
