Three simple steps can halt most of the covid related issues and might prevent a second wave:

- WASH YOUR HANDS OFTEN
- KEEP DISTANCE and avoid crowds as much as possible
- WEAR A MASK OUTSIDE OF YOUR HOME

This isn't rocket science. This should have been the go to option from day one.

Impact of self-imposed prevention measures and short-term government-imposed social distancing on mitigating and delaying a COVID-19 epidemic: A modelling study

The University has created a computer model that can evaluate measures and how it effects the virus.

This simulation can predict how social distancing works in crowded places | World Economic Forum

So KISS (keep it simple stupid) this disease away by acting smarter (and yes, that goes for everybody that goes outside and risks getting of spreading this disease).

A federal government responsive to the needs of the people would have, by this time, commissioned a group of the best and brightest to review how this pandemic was handled and develop a plan to deal with future pandemics. This would include, among other things, steps to at least partially 'pandemic proof' our economy.

The needs [Ed.: That's needs, not rights,] of the people in this modern age, btw, appear to be 7 in number; food, clothing, shelter, water, medical services, freedom from foreign/domestic attack and sanitation.

Regards, stay safe 'n well. Remember the Big 3: masks, hand washing and physical distancing.

Would a federal government responsive to the needs of the people and concerned with their public health also be concerned about the dangers posed by 5G? Or would it just pay lip service?

And the conspiracy theory about 5g has what to do with covid? Or the measures to prevent further spreading covid19?

Once people have gone down the 5G/Chemtrails/Plandemic rabbit hole, there is no use trying to reason with them. They have made it clear that they only believe posts that use appeal to ignorance fallacies.

5G has nothing to do with Covid. It is a separate public health concern, one being ignored by our "experts" who are "concerned" with public health issues.
