President Biden and Vice President Harris are just figureheads.
As usual, the Establishment / Deep State / Bureaucracy is actually running things.
That is why The Donald was so hated.
He was naive enough to think that the President could do as he pleased.

President Biden is smarter.
He knows that he is expected to stay in his lane.
So he just dutifully reads the teleprompter and then leaves for lunch and a nap.
Biden, is certainly smarter, he also understand how the Office of President was designed to function.
He knows how to respect congress and to listen to his cabinet members. Respect our Principles of International Diplomacy, as well as Biden does not think he can dictate and control "Commercial Industry". Therefore, he knows that the Government Organizations who's job is to deal with the economy for promoting means to address inflation and or depression, will do their jobs, and when congress sends bills and measures they develop to help the nation, they send them to the desk of the President. If and when he has to "issue executive orders" to address a matter, to urge congress to do their job, then those are done.
Sadly, Trump though the jobs would make him Dictator who could rule by Decree, he had no understanding of what the role of The President is.
He lashed out at the Government in all areas of government, because they would not submit to give him the power of a Tyrant to rule by decree, or allow him to "dictate over their department and divisions".
- Deep State, actually is made up of the "Former Confederacy Idealist" who embedded themselves within our Congress, under the current day label of Republicanism, after 1969, when they could no longer conduct their Deep State Operations as Dixiecrats.
- They have been trying to undermine and break down representative democracy and the Republic form of governance, since they lost on the battle fields of bullets and cannon balls during the Civil War.
- Deep State is funded by the wealthy who still promote the "Plantation System Economic Model", where it does not care to pay or see minority poor rise, whether they are black or white", they want control to remain in the hands of the wealthy, as in Plutocratic Autocracy.
- That "Plantation System Economic Model", should have died out after the Abolition of Slavery, but they created Jim Crow Segregation to keep the system functioning.
- It's time for it to be completely demolished. The demolition of the "Plantation System Economic Model" will be better for poor whites, working poor whites and minorities of every race, creed and color.
- Many don't realize, Slavery was a two dimensional system", it was to treat blacks as slaves with no voice, no rights, no compensation and no personal freedom and no personal possessions, while at the same time it treated poor whites as Serfs, with limited income no more than what it cost to house and feed a slave, limited mobility by limiting income, substandard housing and substandard means to advance, and used every means to maintain a status of subservience unto the wealthy.
- That's the system of White Nationalism of Wealthy White Male Dominance. Sadly, too many poor and working poor whites, had the delusion they were equal to the well to do and wealthy whites, which was never in the design of White Nationalist Ideology to allow.
Eventually, life conditions will bring, lead and for some force by conditions, some of the poor and working poor whites to have to face the reality of truth they have long fought against acknowledging:
- Of how white nationalism of wealthy white male dominance, was not for nor about them, it was about keeping wealth in the hands of wealthy white man, and ensuring that wealthy white men dominated over the working poor whites and dire poor whites and non white people in society.
