From the article:

“I agree with the concerns expressed by parents and players that we have to take into account biological factors such as muscle mass and unfair student athletic advantage when we determine who plays on which teams, especially in contact sports,” Harris writes. “With goodwill and common sense, I believe we can come up with ways to do this, without vilifying and demonizing children.”

My response: Madame Vice President, you should have said this during the 2024 campaign when such a public stance would have helped you with voters who know how to use their brains properly and don’t support kowtowing to the Woke lunatic crowd.

Doubtful that taking such a stance would have made any difference to Kamala's presidential prospects.

How do you know she didn't? No kind of nuanced, considered and balanced opinion like that would be simply reported during an election campaign (on pretty much any topic, let alone one already whipped up like this one). There would have been push-back questions trying to push her in one direction or another and, whatever her answers, they'd be spun to present whatever simplistic image that would grab headlines (or wouldn't be reported at all). This is exactly what the extremists (regardless of the direction) with simplistic "answers" to all the problems have been so successful of late (in elections at least, less so in government).
