Kavanugh's Accuser Julie Swetnick alleges Kavanugh spiked punch at party's so intoxicated women could be raped

Thanks.
At first glance I noticed that Swetnick's sworn statement said "During the years 1981-82 I became aware of the efforts of Mark Judge, Brett Kavanaugh and others to "spike" the "punch" at house parties I attended ..." The weasel word here in that sentence is "
aware". She did not say she saw, she said she became aware. She could have been told by numerous people, whatever. She did not say that she "saw" or "witnessed". She did not say that Judge or Kavanuagh told her. No perjury there.
Later she said she "'witnessed'" Mark Judge, Brett Kavanaugh and others to cause girls to become inebriated and disoriented so they could be 'gang raped' ..."
That is pretty heavy stuff and difficult to believe but again she did not swear that she was a "witness" to actual gang rapes.
I am not defending Swetnick nor am I accusing Kavanaugh and I have not seen the NBC interview. Her sworn statement, however, did not say she witnessed or saw Kavanaugh spiking the punch. He sworn statement did not say she was a witness to gang rapes but rather saw boys lined up outside a bedroom door. Was a gang rape in progress on the other side of the door? She doesn't
know. She didn't see it. She didn't say she saw it happening. Hell, those boys might have been lined up to snort coke or sniff glue.
I'd like to see the interview. I have questions. Maybe she answered them in the interview.
If she was aware of efforts to spike drinks and if she believed that gang rapes occurred at the parties why the hell did she continue to go to them? Yes, yes, as a woman she had every much of a right to be there as boys, but why the hell did she continue to go to the parties?
When I was going to wild parties in the 70s the code of the road was never, ever, ever drink anything from a punch bowl; never ever drink from someone else's cup; and never ever let your drink leave your hand. How did this common knowledge somehow escape kids at wild parties in the 80s? If you somehow missed the message the first time and you became aware of the perils of spiked booze why would you then violate the code of the road?
Gang rapes or trains. To paraphrase Greg Allman, I ain't no saint and I sure as hell ain't no savior. I had a wonderful time in my misspent youth, or "yute" for those from New Jersey. It was wild life at it's finest. Too much just wasn't enough.
All that and yet I never witnessed or suspected gang rapes, ever. How would that occur with so many people at a party and no one stopping it? Why in the hell did Swetnick continue to party where gang rapes were allegedly fairly common, even travel to Ocean City to party on one occasion. Truth is stranger than fiction, but I have trouble comprehending way out of control parties happening on a fairly regular basis among the same high school kids. It is possible I suppose but I'm inclined to believe we are missing facts or truth my be a victim.
