"Nichols, who was appointed by former President Donald Trump, ruled there was no abuse of process because that would require showing “a perversion of the judicial process,” which Powell didn’t prove."

These are not good days for those around the ex-president.

Man, she just can't catch a break, eh?
There's somebody on Twitter that has come up with another new lie for her and a ton of people are just retweeting it with no comments. It's almost like it's the same person/bot.

So when are all these Trumpists going to stop filing frivolous lawsuits to try to cover their traitorous actions?

Thomas A. Bolan, who played the silent partner to the flamboyant Roy M. Cohn in their politically potent law firm for three decades but was a power broker in his own right, died on Friday at his home in Flushing, Queens. He was 92.
...
Mr. Bolan was a founder of the Conservative Party in New York, a patronage dispenser in the state for President Ronald Reagan, an adviser to Senator Alfonse M. D’Amato and a confidant of William F. Buckley Jr., serving as a board member of his National Review magazine.

Mr. Bolan and Mr. Cohn were an odd couple.
...
After Reagan was elected in 1980, Mr. Bolan headed his transition team in New York and was named a director of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, the independent federal agency that helps American businesses invest in emerging markets. When Mr. D’Amato won election to the Senate that year, Mr. Bolan was the only aide who accompanied him on his first visit to Washington. He played a prime role in the senator’s recommendations for federal judges.

He represented a range of clients, including Donald J. Trump, but unlike Mr. Cohn, he shied away from mobsters and even spurned a lunch invitation from one who was Mr. Cohn’s client....
...
In 2005, he pleaded guilty to failing to disclose that the foundation had made false representations to the Mississippi Insurance Department.

When the disciplinary committee of the Appellate Division of State Supreme Court in Manhattan ordered him to explain why he should not be censured, suspended or disbarred, Mr. Bolan’s response, in character, contrasted strikingly with that of Mr. Cohn when Mr. Cohn was faced with the same situation. ...
Mr. Bolan, who was 81, submitted an affidavit acknowledging “that he could not successfully defend himself against the charges.”
He politely requested permission to resign..."

If there is a more spectacular way to throw away a law career, there is a horserace between Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani to take that prize.

D’Amato was mobbed up, as I recall. He was certainly no stranger to the Archie Bunker style race baiting that would become trump’s hallmark.

So much winning. I can't take it. I'm sick of all this winning.

She didn't show up for trial after being served a subpoena and I'm trying to figure out where she is and why they haven't arrested her yet. I can't find anything.
Well, it has been 160 Days since Catherine Engeelbrecht, Gregg Phillips and other TTV agents were served 4 subpoenas by the Georgia State Elections Investigative Division and they still haven't complied so it would seem that the State of Georgia is willing to molycoddle THE BIG LIE boys and girls for Trump.
