Judge Tosses Out Sidney Powell’s Countersuit Against Dominion Voting Systems

D’Amato was mobbed up, as I recall. He was certainly no stranger to the Archie Bunker style race baiting that would become trump’s hallmark.
Thanks!

Mario Esposito Vulgo Gigante (November 4, 1923 – March 10, 2022... He was the older brother of late family boss Vincent "The Chin" Gigante.
...On June 16, 1983, Mario was convicted of loansharking and received an eight-year prison sentence.[3] However, former New York Senator Alfonse D’Amato allegedly lobbied U.S. Attorney Rudolph Giuliani to reduce Mario's sentence. In 1989, Mario's sentence was reduced to six years in prison. Mob turncoat Vincent "Fish" Cafaro later alleged that he had approached power broker and attorney Roy Cohn to bribe a judge to lower Mario's sentence. Cafaro said he delivered a $175,000 "payoff" to Cohn in three installments, dropping off the final $50,000 with Cohn’s law partner, Thomas Bolan.[4] These allegations were investigated, but no charges were ever filed..."

So when are all these Trumpists going to stop filing frivolous lawsuits to try to cover their traitorous actions?
I imagine the same question was asked at the 11th circuit appeals court .... 'when will Trump stop filing frivolous lawsuits to cover up his traitorous actions'....?

Trump is too greedy to just buy off judges and probably doesn't have lawyers he can trust enough to do it after Cohn and his partner, Bolan
were disbarred.

Unlike the majority of his peers, Costello was said to eschew violence He cultivated refinement and sought out sophisticated friends among New York's established bigwigs and politicians. These men curried his favors to such an extent that the underworld grapevine claimed, "Nobody in New York City can be made a judge without Costello's consent.".."

Probably some time between "don't hold your breath" hell freezing over.

"Nichols, who was appointed by former President Donald Trump, ruled there was no abuse of process because that would require showing “a perversion of the judicial process,” which Powell didn’t prove."

These are not good days for those around the ex-president.

Forbes article said:
Powell’s counterclaim “fails to link her abuse-of-process claim to any act that Dominion has taken, other than filing and pursuing its lawsuit,”

Seems like standard operating procedure. Make claims, don't back them up.
