The Sportsmen's Tavern on Amherst St. is a big draw for local musicians. At the heart of the suit is their ability to advertise and sell tickets in their venue. Basically, ****stick Cuomo told venues they could not do that. So State Supreme Court Justice Frank A. Sedita III told Cuomo and the State Liquor authority to shove their restrictions up their ass! As a local musician myself, this is great!
