You can take people on a floating petri dish where you can get infected really easy but you cannot ask people for proof of vaccination because the governor of Florida is a butthurt little whiny loser. Good for the judge to say, screw you Florida, no more.

Good, that stupid law would have hurt the cruise industry in the long term by undermining people's ability to trust they won't get sick on a cruise.
More proof DeSantis has to be the biggest idiot ever since Trump, which explains why the Right loves him.

Louisiana GOP Sen. Cassidy has become a real star helping to guide infrastructure and spanking morons like DeSantis on masks and vaccines.

I wonder if the judge's decision will affect the other businesses in the law, or will it just pertain to the cruise industry?.

This is a good decision for businesses. It might be cited in cases where government is pulling the opposite of what DeSantis did here.

What gets me about the whole situation is how the right screams about government intrusion and overstepping its power but when a republican governor does it the gop base thinks it's just fine and dandy.

Great decision! DeSantis losing this case because of his ridiculous law is hopefully the start of his political demise.

It's all so friggin stupid.

Some of the school districts are pushing back, as well.

I’ve stated in other threads that DeSantis’ position was’t well thought out, especially given the surge in cases.

you could go to the dumbest high school comprised of the dumbest students and pick out the non political kids and tell them to figure out a national plan to stop/slow down a virus like COVID and it would be masks, social distancing, work at home, wash hands, get vaccinated, etc.

you know why? Because even the DUMBEST non-political, non-Cult members have enough common sense to know what to do in this situation.
