Judge: OWS Protesters Wrongfully Arrested On Brooklyn Bridge

when did Bloomberg ban guns?

what gun case appeared before this judge?
he didn't Persey but he has made it almost impossible to get a chl with out a lot of money and patience. He also had made refused to honnor chls from other states. He also has founded mayor against guns.

To the extent of? No. Not at all.

Can't agree man. To many of us who worked in corporate America for any length of time from the administrative assistants and IT staff on up to the big boobed blond who was sleeping with the married VP and partying with us, go figure?

People have no idea the things your IT department knows, even more than the personnel departments. We knew everything about everyone and no one ever mentions it. It is like the 500lb Gorilla in the room no one wants to talk about.

So yes many of us knew. Looking at the protests then and even more so now it was and is mostly college students and under educated people who did not know. What does this tell you?

Until I find provable stories of dead OWS participants, ANY talk of police overreaction will fall on deaf ears here. Even then, my bias will always be in favor of the LEOs over OWS.

Dead OWS participants? Wow...just wow.

Dead OWS participants? Wow...just wow.

That would be the only reaction from law enforcement that I could even come close to categorizing as an over-reaction to the worthless wastes of flesh and oxygen.

If people like Tigger drove history we'd still be under a king and the vast majority of us would be slaves.

As the VAST SiperMajority of people deserve to be.

Lol if there is so much inequality how come the average citizen is unaware of it?
Apathy.

How is this not a problem? How is it "sensationalized"?

Yep sense someone has a different opinion than you and voice their opinion in a different way they are "worthless wastes of flesh and oxygen".

Yep SINCE someone has a different opinion than you and voice their opinion in a different way they are "worthless wastes of flesh and oxygen".

Nope. It's the fact that they have a wrong opinion and choose to disturb the peace to protest it that I consider them such. Either one of those issues individually I could probably deal with. Both of them together is just too much.

You cant have a "wrong opinion" thats why its called AN OPINION

and choose to disturb the peace to protest it that I consider them such.
Oh god they protest!

Either one of those issues individually I could probably deal with. Both of them together is just too much.

Really?

You don't have a Constitutional right to protest. You have a Constitutional right to peaceably assemble. Intentionally blocking traffic, is not peaceful.

It is non-violent civil disobedience, just as when, in an earlier time, I joined in a demonstration by the Vietnam Veterans Against the War that blocked the main entrance to the Wright-Patterson AFB during the Vietnam War.

Who desides who deserves to be a slave? ... Let me guess ..... You?

Good luck living a happy life with that outlook.

A: They don't have a wrong opinion
B: Just because you can't deal with them doesn't matter, infact it doesn't matter what you think because its not YOUR society.

What's stopping you?

Whats stopping him is that he, like almost all hard right wingers, are actually small afriad men who only act tough when they can victimize more vulnerable people, but when it comes to someone closer to their own power their real colors show, they're just weak bitches, who know they are and try and hide that fact by their disdain for and bullying of more vulnerable and dissadvatanged people.

I really have no patience for those type of poeple, thats why there have never been right wing revolutionaries, because they don't have the courage to stand up to power, only to side with it and hope it rubs off on them.

Yeah tigger, go and confront the occupy protesters and show them who's boss.

Good for you. Disobedience by its nature is not peaceful.

You cant have a "wrong opinion" thats why its called AN OPINION

The problem is when that opinion is contrary to all reason, logic, common sense, and morality.

Oh god they protest!

The moment they impede the way of decent, law-abiding folks getting around and living their lives I say we should simply be allowed to do whatever is necessary to get them out of the way. Whether that's running them down, gunning them down, or whatever else is necessary.

And if the economic political system impedes people from living their lives they should do whatever is necessary to get them out of their way ...

So far they've only protested ....

The problem is when that opinion is contrary to all reason, logic, common sense, and morality.

So far you hanvn't shown that at all.

Maybe if the OWS behaved itself, these sorts of problems wouldn't happen.

And if the economic political system impedes people from living their lives they should do whatever is necessary to get them out of their way .....

LOL. The screwed up Socio-Political system in the United States is the only thing that had kept them alive this long. They're predominantly people who expect things to be GIVEN to them rather than having to work for them. They went to college for all the WRONG reasons, got a worthless degree and a couple hundred grand in debt, and now expect "society" to bail their asses out once they realize that life is not sunshine, gumdrops, and pixie dust UNLESS you stay in the academic world for your entire life.

So far they've only protested .....

Oh, please, please, pretty please let these morons actually do something more!!!!!! Give the cops a legitimate reason to go Kent State or Rodney King on their worthless asses. PLEASE!!!!!!
