This is the last thing the Bush administration wanted, and they have been fighting tooth and nail to prevent this from happening. The judge has ruled, and I am sure that this is going to go straight to the US Supreme Court. If the Bush administration fails there, then they either turn over the material or they are in deep doo doo.
We are now very close to finding out what this administration has been hiding, concerning its own involvement in the Valerie Plame affair. Bad news for them, but good news for Libby, who is asserting that these files will show that he did not do what he did on his own, but on orders from higher up.
The proverbial smelly organic material is about to hit the revolving blades, and when it does, all hell is going to break loose.
