What? I know that the highschools pander to the popular kids and the football jocks but the gov't? This is getting rediculous. This judge doesn't deserve to be on the bench. Rediculous.

"KENTON, Ohio (AP) -- A judge decided two high school athletes can complete the football season this fall before they serve 60-day jail sentences for a car crash caused by a decoy deer placed in a country road. Two teens were injured.

"I shouldn't be doing this, but I'm going to. I see positive things about participating in football," Judge Gary McKinley said Tuesday.

Robert Roby Jr. crashed his car into a pole and broke his neck, collarbone, arm and leg. His passenger, Dustin Zachariah, suffered brain damage, Bailey said."

An update on this rediculous trial. Why I don't see anyone on the right complaining that this judge let these kids off easy and didn't do his job is beyond me. I guess its because its a jock think and they can't pick on liberals for it. Sad.

How do you know that the jocks werent Liberals? There are Liberal jocks, you know. Also, how do you know that the judge isnt a Liberal either?

Liberal or not, typically you see more people on the right accusing judges of letting criminals off the hook easy, thus what does it matter the political affiliation of the criminal? If the jocks ARE liberals they still deserve the save treatment as anybody else who might have done this. I gaurantee that if a chess club member did this same crime, they sure as hell would be put in jail before the school semester was out. This is favoritism to the popular, plain and simple.
