Judge Blocks Ohio PP Law

Yeah, but not really, only in the minds of pro-lifers, not in the minds of people who do not have that point of view.

PP kills 300,000 a year. How many did ISIS kill last year?

That bubble is really really not letting in the truth now is it, PP does not kill, they provide abortions.

Abortions kill the unborn. Duh.

In the grand scheme of things, meaning how government grants and funding go for such matters as private support providing services for the good of public health, this was a good decision. Abortion is a constitutional right as decided in Roe v Wade. Banning a group from participating in the government feeding trough of public funding to provide public services, only because the group is advocating an unpopular legal activity, is discrimination.

There is nothing in the Constitution that declares that the government must pay for a Constitutional right.

If that is true, where do I send the bill for my latest firearm purchase?

There is nothing about this issue that has anything to do with what the government *must* do.

It's about what the govt can NOT do.

Lets not forget ammo. When is the government going to start paying for peoples ammo?

Also, the government should really start paying people when they decide speak, associate, or practice religion.

That's not even mentioning voting. Come on, the government not paying people for that has got to be unconstitutional.

And what does abortion do? It ends a human life. That is a scientific and medical fact. Sorry to burst that anti-science bubble that has you surrounded.

Is this one of those exception arguments? Yes, in some cases the unborn is already dead, but in the vast majority of cases abortion does in fact kill.

PP does not kill 300,000 people a year.

You interjected your own nonsense by way of your support for restrictive legal personhood just so you could make a semantic argument anyway despite no one using the word.

It's intellectually dishonest, but that is par for the course.

It's illegal to use government funds for abortion. The funding Ohio tried to block are used for STD testing, birth control and cancer screening. The money is not used for abortion services.

A real pro-life person would actually approve of funds being used in such a manner.

Do you ever get tired of this logical fallacy, socialist?

What abortion does? It ends the gestation of the ZEF.

STD testing, birth control and cancer screening---

Jay: "That's socialist!"

Man, You're great. Keep posting. We can use all the help we can get. :lamo

Well, why should she get tired of telling the truth and exposing a lot of nonsense coming from pro-lifers about what PP uses public funds for.

No, it's not. The government funds abortions in cases to save the life of the mother or in cases where the pregnancy is a result of rape or incest.
