McCullough is presiding over a lawsuit brought by Republican lawmakers and candidates against the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Gov. Tom Wolf (D), Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, and the Pennsylvania General Assembly.

The argument here is pretty hilarious. The bill in question was passed by the PA GOP legislature. All but one Republican in the PA legislature voted for the bill. Now, after their Dear Corrupt Leader lost the election under the rules the GOP established in PA, they are suing the court to invalidate their own law, that they passed, with near unanimous GOP support.

It's really an outrageous argument. The Gov and the Sec. of State followed the law established by the GOP legislature and they're suing those people for.....following the law.

There's no bottom for these despicable assholes.

The results in PA were already certified. Fun fact - not for Trump.

And same thing in Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin and Georgia too.

Trump lost. Maybe he'll hire you to clean his toilets in Mar-A-Lago and you can get close to him now.

This may help clarify the order. It is an order to delay the REST OF THE DOWN BALLOT votes until a hearing on Friday. Doesn't sound like anything has been heard yet. The first complaint by these guys was rejected this weekend.....just anorther side show is my bet. Certainly not a boom!

The results have already been certified. The case is about "further perfection of the certification".

Right wing media knows how to tap into ignorance.
 
"...to the extent that there remains any further action to perfect the certification of the results..." is the operative portion of the declaration. So, if there remains anything not yet done that is required by law to be done, then the order might apply. There is no evidence of anything failed to have been performed in the certification process.
