According to reports Manafort and Corsi have JDA’s with Donald Trump. I looked on-line and can’t get a clear picture of what it entails. It would seem that these JDA’s would be entered into sometime in the past. Why have a JDA unless you thought you would need it in the future. Sounds shady, any lawyer types shed a little light on JDA; in layman’s terms, please.....

That’s kinda what I found. IMO, entering into one of these would suggest that you were knowingly entering into illegal activity and wanted to hedge your bets.
