Does he not know what that means? Did not he call on Trump to condemn the Charlottesville riots? Why is Biden refusing to name Antifa by name as a violent organization?

I don't know if democrats are blind or ignorant or, worse, deliberately lying and wicked. I believe cop violence should be condemned, by news organizations, by politicians and by Americans. I also believe gang violence should be condemned, emphatically, clearly, forcefully and radically.
