President Trump accurately called out Joe Biden as bring a PUPPET for the far left. Biden responded that he had defeated Bernie Sanders and IS the Democratic Party.

Even if he's correct, it's only true as long as he has all his marbles, which may not be long. And he picked Kamala Harris to replace him.

I'm obviously not a Democrat but I have no problem with the statement. The Democratic Party is a pretty diverse, disjointed organization and if they're going to all pull in the same direction they'll need some leadership.

I hear that. However, the Democratic Party (more than the Republican Party) is completely disjointed. I remember reading 6 months ago that Bernie Sanders supporters disliked Biden. Now Biden is claiming clear victory over the Sanders and his supporters.

Leadership? Where is any Democratic leaders when is comes to actual leading? Where is Barack Obama and Bernie Sanders? Has either of them even endorsed Biden?

This diversity is what makes more likely to have compromises within the Democratic party that follow a moderate path. I agree about the challenge of leadership within a diverse party, but I see as equal challenge the lack of diversity in the GOP which gradually pushes it towards the same direction to the right. If Ike was a GOP candidate today, he would be treated as a radical. The same is true about all those old-style republicans who frown on the site of the Confederate flag which a few decades ago was just the symbol that racist Dixiecrats were using in the South to protect their lifestyle.

I'd like to debate you on Democratic diversity.

Can we agree that Democratic controlled states like Oregon, Washington, Vermont. New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts are not DIVERSE states?

For example, the black population in Vermont is just 1% .... the national black population is 13%. Can a liberal in Vermont honestly even discuss the topic of "diversity"?

My personal political beliefs are more aligned wth Sanders and AOC, but I understood the argument of Biden's supporters that Biden would be more able to attract moderate independent.

Trump calls the shots, that's true. He's destroying the GOP's chances of keeping the Senate because he's ordered those spineless ******s to support his racism. There's a winning strategy! But we all know Trump is a lifelong Democrat anyway so he will go back to donating to their campaigns once his term is over in January. He set out to destroy the GOP. He's succeeded admirably.
