People often wondered when they would get married. They finally did.

Part of the popularity of the Scarzinski relationship derives from the fact that, despite their prominent roles as hosts of perhaps the most influential news program in American politics, their romance has been handled with militant discretion. The couple, who got engaged last spring at the Hotel Du Cap in Antibes, France, never talk about their relationship on air, are seldom photographed together at social events, or spotted at restaurants, on vacation, at parties. This discipline has lent the duo an unexpected celebrity air, rendering them a sort of Branjelina of the political-media in-crowd—a credential more or less certified when Donald Trump offered to have them married at the White House during a visit in 2017. They declined the offer.

Congratulations to them. It sounds like they had just the kind of intimate wedding that they wanted. Much different than a White House extravaganza.

Everybody knew they were dating/in a relationship/about to get married. Sounds like they are the perfect examples of keeping work work and personal personal.

Why is a story of two left wing hosts on a far left 'news' network getting married in the media bias section?

Sounds like a very nice wedding. Congratulations to them, both on the marriage, and keeping it a secret.

Joe did complain one morning because Mika wouldn't let him hold her hand, even under the table. It was cute.

Republican doesn't equal conservative.

You almost asked a very good question but completely botched the wording.

You already answered your question.

So hosts on a bias network doing something personal instead of an actual news bias story qualifies going into the biased section?

Let me guess you think MSNBC isn't far left or that hosts on MSNBC network aren't left wing?

That was funny considering Morning Joe is 5th in the ratings wars of morning news shows behind ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox and Friends.

Of course this from Vanity Fare, not exactly a stalwart in investigative journalism.

Big whoop wanna fight about it

Congratulations to a couple who truly deserve each other.

Joe is a republican, but he recently dropped out of the party due to Trump’s policies and behavior as president. Mika is a democrat.

Joe was a three term Republican Congressman from Florida.

He was the counter point for Republicans on MSNBC and quite a following. But with Mika he went her way even before becoming rabidly anti-Trump.
