The 1/6 Committee has, more or less, received today more fingerprints on the plan to obstruct/overthrow Joe Biden's election victory. Keep plugging away!!

The House select committee investigating the January 6 insurrection at the US Capitol has received a cache of emails belonging to Donald Trump’s lawyer, John Eastman, federal court documents filed on Tuesday show.

The 101 emails were released to the committee after Judge David Carter ruled in federal court in California last week that Eastman, a hard-right supporter of the former US president, had not made a sufficient claim to attorney-client privilege.

The cache of documents, sent between 4 and 7 January 2021, contains extensive communications between Eastman and others about plans to obstruct the certification of Joe Biden’s victory in the 2020 presidential election.
 
This may prove to be hugely interesting. Watch the "Hunter" thing and the Sussman " thing" grow legs! Either that or it will be a new shiny object!!!

You're absolutely correct. However, I also wonder who now may be subpoenaed in April to appear before the 1/6 Committee after they go through these 101 emails. Wait until the Committee's final report comes out to imagine how very loud the Trumplicans & Friends will scream bloody murder with other iffy investigations plus one major new shiny object yet to be fabricated.

Yes he is, he should lose his job at Chapman College and be debarred...then tried, convicted and imprisoned.
