Gardener,

I understand that you--as I have already stated--have developed a penchant for applying racist and colonialist democratic principal in an attempt to marginalize Palestinians and give legitimatacy to Israel's racist treatment of them. That's fine. We all have our own sense of justice. But your idea that Israel is right and the rest of the world is wrong reflects some kind of delusional thinking.

Perhaps if you googled UN Security council resolutions against Israel, you would understand exactly how the rest of the world views Israel's unlawful attempts at expanding their territory at the expense of others.
It's the UN (and 57 nation OIC Block) who is Infamously Racist against Israel..as even a couple of UN heads will admit.

Israel had been previously Blocked from the rotating privilege that ALL other nations get. In fact had been blocked from even getting IN their regional group.

What is the evidence that the United Nations is biased against Israel?

Wiggen,

You need to take a breath and calm down. Israel did indeed issue a license to drill in occupied territory in contravention of international law. I'm sorry that you disaprove of me saying so, but for you to react by using the old tried and true antisemite card is really inappropriate.

Have you not yet learned to use the quote function on the forum? Try it, you'll like it.

My experience with folks like you, Sadling, is that if it walks like a duck, looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it's a duck. As I said, whether you are just virulently anti-Israel or whether you are anti-Semitic, you will find like minds here. We have a whole crew of neo-nazis that I'm sure would be very welcoming if that's your particular persuasion.

Try and understand this - most Americans, thank God, don't give a damn what the great unwashed masses out there say with their United Nations. A bigger collection of bandits and low-lifes would be hard to find in one place. We get it - you love those Palestinians, the more radical they are the more you love them.

Your missing the man's point, which can be summarized thusly: Israel (and maybe Jews, who knows?) bad; Arabs and especially Palestinians good. It's a simple philosophy but one not uncommon among the simple folk.

mbig,

Do you see a pattern there?
Boy, I know I sure do!
Yes I see the pattern and I ADDRESSED it specifically just above.
Thanks for proving MY point.
That is, the UN's bias I showed with my link and YOU did NOT address/refute/Touch.

Your challenge is to Show that Israel has indeed done something wrong, NOT that the UN (Duh) has passed resolutions against it.
Understand the difference?

We're talking very simple logic here but it passed you by.
Because if you can't meet that challenge, you only Prove MY point.

Gardener,

Did they find any tunnels? I never did hear anything more on that. And if so, how did Dr. Samir Masri's trial go? They must have found him innocent of conspriracy to deliver illegal weapons into the hands of terrorists cuz he's a free man.

Well, mbig, I'm getting that you're a conspiracy theorist who refuses to recognize international crimes even when they're placed right in front of your eyes. Despite the sadness of it, I still nevertheless find it somewhat humorous that you would deny the issue of the illegal settlements and the illegal drilling rights in the Golan Heights.

Wiggen,

In February of the 1918, President Wilson addressed Congress thus: “Peoples and provinces are not to be bartered about from sovereignty to sovereignty as if they were chattels and pawns in a game. National aspirations must be respected; people may be dominated and governed ONLY by their consent. Self-determination is not a mere phrase. It is an imperative principle of action, which statesmen will henceforth ignore at their own peril”.

In July of the same year, he formulated the following: “The settlement of every question, whether of territory, of sovereignty, of economic arrangement or of political relationship, [must be] upon the basis of the free acceptance of that settlement by the people immediately concerned and not upon the basis of the material interest or advantage of any other nation or people which may desire a different settlement for the sake of its own exterior influence or mastery”.

Class A mandates (Syria, Palestine, Iraq, Lebanon and Transjordan) recognised the peoples of these territories to have reached advanced stage of development and their independence could be recognised once they have achieved a capacity to govern themselves. It is universally and legally accepted that sovereignty in the mandatory territories lie in the inhabitants of the territory in question (Article 22 of the Covenant of The League of Nations).

Under International Law, Palestine, throughout the Mandatory period, was to receive administrative assistance and advice from the Mandatory to help it set up its own government. Already, Palestine had its fixed boundaries, its government institutions, its own currency and, in 1934, its national anthem.

Article 1 of the 1933 Montevideo Convention states that an entity cannot be considered a state until it possess the following qualifications: a) A permanent population; b) A defined territory; c) A government; d) The capacity to enter into relations with other states. What existed in the so-called Jewish state in 1948 were illegal immigrants from Europe and Russia, three Zionist terrorist organisations: the Irgun, the Hagana and the Stern gangs and undefined illegal borders.

Despite this miscarriage of justice, the so-called State embarked on a massive military project to ensure the total and final expulsion of the Palestinians from their homeland.

It's that little button on the side that says "Reply with Quote". It's really pretty simple.

Your indoctrination has been very successful. You forgot the part about the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem wanting to put up a statue of Adolph Hitler in the early days of Nazism. Maybe they didn't teach you that at the Madras.

Still having trouble learning something so simple as the quote function, are you? Yeah, we get it,though. You like your hate sites and although you can't figure out a simple quote function, you do have enough ability to parrot what you find there.

How ironic that you call people "racist" for NOT supporting those who wish to kill any Jew they can kill. It's a crazy, mixed up world, I guess.

Total Whiff/FAIL.
You have Not shown any crimes/wrondoing that justify Each/ANY of those resolutions.
You have Not cited any of those resolutions specifically so we can debate whether they indeed represent any wrongdoing.
You have Not addressed the UN Bias I Documented on the last page; you just felt free/Had-to ignore the facts that are the reason for those Bogus Votes/resolutions that only prove My point.

As I said, you are Not conversant on this topic.

Did you know that when you're angry, you become incapable of making a point. It's true, as is evidenced by your last post.

mbig,

I believe that the list of UN Resolutions against Israel is very--if not awfully--self expalanatory. Do you believe that they are just made up??? Like, do you believe that Israel issued drilling rights in occupied territory? Because if you don't believe that, then it's no wonder you find everything else suspect.

Again and AS I SAID: "You have impressions, not facts".
That was just perfect! Thanks.
You have still not cited Any specific wrongdoing, much less all, that those resolutions represent.
Until you do they just represent Bias. The UN's and yours.

Also again, you did NOT address my post on the last page demonstrating UN Bias which undermines everything you've posted and re-enforces everything I've posted.
You didn't know Rachel Corrie's name.

All your posts are silly Blurbs, not remotely educated debate.

Well actually, mbig, you are the one under the false impression that Israel did not issue a license for someone to drill in occupied territory. You call it an "impression." In the real world, it is a fact. And as such, it is completely understandable that you would see that list of resolutions as mere impressions.

Huh?
What?
So you're dropping all the crap you posted previous and moving on. Correct?
All the points of the last two pages discussed with me, including UN Bias I demonstrated.. YOU CONCEDE.
All gone.

In almost every post, and UNABLE to carry on a Coherent conversation, you drop what I said and/or Don't quote me.
What Dishonest Posting.
On to a new sentence/blurb.

You have also NOT demonstrated "occupied" satisfactorily, in fact you were Refuted by Mad Lib on that point too earlier in the string, #19.

I like:
From "Occupied Territories" to "Disputed Territories," by Dore Gold

Let's discuss "Occupied" v "Disputed" in detail. (not merely cite Biased majority votes/polls that are the UN/ICJ)
You're up!

What part of illegal settlements and home demolitions don't you get??

I'm curious.

Do you have a link to the law that makes the settlements illegal?

SimpleXity,

The treatment of Palestinians by Israel is racist. They are a racist society.

You have that backwards.

Israel is defending itself from aggressors.
