I read that trump said that you should not criticice our country as that is unpatriotic. Trump really means that you should not criticice Trump's decisions as it is unpatriotic. This reminds me of the time during the Vietnam War where we were told, America, love it or leave it, meaning you should not criticice our country while we are at war. Another war started with lies and where 58 thousand our our men were killed for nothing. So I tell trump and his followers, believe it or not this is a country where you can and should voice your complaints about those things you see as wrong and to do so is patriotic and to not do so is what is really unpatriotic.

Just about the most democratic action any person can do in a democracy is to criticize the government. Only in dictatorships are people forbidden to criticize the government. He's such an asshole. Here's where America has come since Trump was elected,

"Don't give me your tired, your poor or your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore will be refused. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed somewhere else, I left my lamp outside the golden door"

I hope so.

Oh, I don't know. Are the Democrats returning to the Blame America first crowd?

A poem is official immigration policy? Let's hope not. Especially when the poem was written by a socialist.
