Is Trump right that whites have to get to the back of the line for covid treatment?

The answer to the question is Trump lying is always YES

Had he got it correct would it have been race baiting? Easy error when you had been taking about vaccines and off the prompter. Whites are denied treatment because those triaging deem blacks more worthy of treatment. That there is triaging going on 2 years in is a story in itself

It sounds like Trump's usual appeal to the white supremacists among his fanbase. Not all of his supporters are white supremacists but a lot of white supremacists seem to like what he's peddling. And he knows this. All he needs do is blow the whistle to get them amped up a bit (another gross injustice for the beleaguered white race) and he keeps them lapping from his mud puddle.

He knows, along with most Republican politicians and the talking heads on conservative media, that there are a lot more racist conservatives than many Democrats would suspect. Positioning the Republican Party as the savior of white people against brown folks gets this ugly American demographic to the polls, and the GOP needs it's supporters to be terrified enough to swallow anything they are fed if they have any chance of holding on to their waning power.
 
Not in Arizona.
Had not issue getting the vaccine shot and boosters. A friend who came down with covid had no issue getting treated. Spent 3 days in the hospital.

Denying treatment to someone who is sick vs. a vaccine that doesn't work for someone that is not yet sick. Trump definitely missed the mark. Did you watch the speech?

Hey, people misspeak sometimes. They generally don't have internet folk to correct them the next day. Trump is different. He "misspeaks" all the time, and people tell us what he really meant the next day.

It's pretty pathetic. You can support someone without making excuses for everything that comes out of his mouth. Kinda hard with Trump - support, that is - but it's not a good look needing to cover his ass all the time. Again, makes Trump look stupid.

IKR? None of the white people I know have been able to get vaccinated. Every time they show up, they're told that the vaccines are black-only.
 
Pure scare tactic to anger an audience already suspending what critical thought they had in order to be the useful idiots that Trump needs them to be.

Despite the attempts to twist what was said by removing context there is no location where someone white is refused covid treatment for someone of minority status. There may be some anecdotal story out there, some instance being blown out of proportion to make a point, but no standard being applied in the manner Trump is trying to suggest.

The irony is the group he is making further angry about covid treatment is the same group determined to not be treated until too late.
