The message from Mark said "Were you on the call when...". That implies that the person took part in the call, but Mark didn't know if they were there the whole time. So why would "Mark" be reaching out with details of a call to a person who was on the call?

It could be real, but it sure looks like it was planted specifically for the benefit of the hearing in order to implicate Trump.

We don't even know if Navarro said anything meaningful. Or trustworthy. Or the whole and nothing but. He'd even black out letters of the alphabet.
