Anyone who knows anything about embryology could have told you that it's not a 13 week fetus.The fetus in you picture is 10 inches long and weighs about 10 ounces. A thirteen week fetus is 2.9 inches long and weighs .8 of an ounce.
Do some research on fetuses before you post propaganda from the anti-abortion movement.
