It seems that the GOP is somehow attempting to slow down the Mueller investigation by not fulling the GOP appointments on the House Intelligence Committee, which will keep the committee from sending testimony by those they interviewed to Mueller.. It does seem like that, but what good will it do them unless they plan on not filling the positions for the next two years? If their plan is to do so as they did with Obama's SCOTUS candidate, it seems like a long time and very bad politics to do so. The GOP Head of the House blames it on the Dems for getting the number of GOPers on the committee they will allow. Hopefully that is the explanation.

Ummm...

Nunes sent just about ALL of the testimonies from his committee to Rosenstein last year in September. And, since Mueller used some of that testimony in his Stone indictment, it's a safe bet to assume that Mueller has all of it right now.

So no...the GOP isn't trying to slow down anything.

The Nunes IC was highly partisan and protected Trump at every turn. Those days are gone. There will be accountability now.

If McCarthy refuses to appoint Republicans to the House IC, Steny Hoyer will do it for him.

GOP representatives in the House are, yes.

  1. What? I don't know what exactly you mean.
  2. From where have you obtained that "pearl?" I see nothing, not even an intimation, to that effect in the article to which you've linked.

He just had plain copies. They need official copies so they can use them in court.

Looks like repubs are complicit in the obstruction of justice.

Saw a video of McCarthy talking about it. Not sure where I saw it. Sorry.

Mueller had official copies of Stones testimony from the Intelligence Committee right before the switch over and the shut down. The info has to be official copies of the testimony to be used in court.

Is Mueller complaining that there aren't enough Hillary Donors/Obama Lawyers in the DOJ anymore to man the Witch Hunt?

If McCarthy refuses to appoint Republicans to the House IC, Steny Hoyer will do it for him.

Whether you think Nunes was highly partisan or not has nothing to do with the fact that Nunes has already sent the testimonies to the DOJ and that Mueller already has access to them. Therefore, the contention in the OP is factually nonsense.

I think y'all will have to dream up another reason why McCarthy "refuses to appoint Republicans to the House IC". Your first try was a bust.

Again, what the hell are you talking about?

You don't make a lick of sense.

Reporting on this evidences that prior to the Stone indictment, the Mueller team had to request an official copy of Stone's transcript, prior to filing his indictment. According to prosecutors, this is routine. They had to vote on this.

If right wing media didn't notify you of this, then mainstream AP reporting here can:

WASHINGTON (AP) — The House intelligence committee voted Thursday to release a transcript of Roger Stone’s closed-door interview with the committee last year after special counsel Robert Mueller requested it, according to two people familiar with the vote.

Democrats tried to send them all, but GOP Majority, you know, that pig-****er Nunes and company, blocked it:
The GOP-led committee voted earlier this year against a Democratic motion to send the transcripts to the special counsel, with Republicans saying it was a Democratic stunt.

GOP has yet to assign anyone to the Intelligence committee, and they do not appear to be able to act until its staffed by both parties.

It doesn't matter. Mueller has total access to anything the DOJ and FBI has...and even stuff they don't have. The DOJ already had the testimonies last Sep.

It matters that you were posting incorrect information, as usual, and your response to that is "it doesn't matter".
Look in your heart of hearts Mycroft, and tell me that doesn't feel wrong to support lies like this. You know truth matters, because if its you or yours on the brink, you would rightfully want to know what truthfully you can do to save them.
But here you are, telling me "it doesn't matter". Is that simply nihilism in Conservative clothing? Or have they always been the same.

What have I said that incorrect?

Are you ever going to stop trying to deflect? No one goes for deflection anymore except Trumpsters. Stay on subject please.

Like I said, they do have the info, but they need official copies to use in court. These are copies of the testimony given before congress, not those given to the FBI.

???

The testimonies that Nunes gave to the DOJ are testimonies that were given by various people before Congress.

You'll have to explain to me how "official" copies are different from...I don't know..."plain old copies?".
