It seems that the GOP is somehow attempting to slow down the Mueller investigation by not fulling the GOP appointments on the House Intelligence Committee, which will keep the committee from sending testimony by those they interviewed to Mueller.. It does seem like that, but what good will it do them unless they plan on not filling the positions for the next two years? If their plan is to do so as they did with Obama's SCOTUS candidate, it seems like a long time and very bad politics to do so. The GOP Head of the House blames it on the Dems for getting the number of GOPers on the committee they will allow. Hopefully that is the explanation.
