You approach and ask questions.

You don't approach with fists swinging.

One would think that your correct answer is SIMPLY "COMMON SENSE".

But, for these people it isn't, is it ?!?!?

Gray Area ? GRAY F-ING AREA ?!?!?

There is NO DOUBT that a civilized answer to the question is: "NO WAY" is ASSAULTING a person following you ACCEPTABLE .....and, there ain't no "GRAY AREA" involved in the correct answer.

And, the reaction of the Black Racist Swine, and their Black Racist Enabling DEM Lib/Gay turds to the GZ/TM Trial's "NOT GUILTY" verdict for Z, where it was found by CIRCUMSTANTIAL and FORENSIC EVIDENCE that Z was PUMMELED in the face.....and, Z'S SKULL CRUSHED in the CEMENT..... EVEN MORE PREPOSTEROUS.

It depends how you are being followed and reasonable perception of threat.

Following from afar?

Following persistently and closing in and not declaring yourself? Absolute iffy area. Who the hell does that? Police or a criminal.

YEP !!! In spite of all the Circumstantial & Forensic EVIDENCE at a Trial where BOTH sides agreed that there weren't any legal improprieties, including the teenage druggie thug's family ...... it IS an " absolutely iffy area" ......and Z shoulda not only been found to be "GUILTY" ....... but the thug shoulda killed Z.
