Is it time to start using the word conspiracy instead of collusion? With stone being arrested today will he be the missing link to go from collusion to conspiracy?

Actually I believe conspiracy has already been charged against at least manafort.

However just what has been made public at this point it is clear we have discovered a den of traitors that have been operating undercover for decades...

Sure, using any word you like, there's still no evidence it's ever happened. Stone's indictment doesn't mention either word, by the way.
