Is it politically correct to tell women "Happy Mother's Day!" when they are pregnant with their first baby?

Is it politically correct to wish pregnant women a Happy Mother's Day?

I would wish a pregnant woman "Happy Mother's Day to be" or "next time this year you will be celebrated" provided I know her and know she is in fact pregnant.

I know heavy women who look pregnant but are not ........... so be cautious and considerate
