Is ETA's latest ceasefire any more serious than the last?

BBC reporting that ETA have released a video of three masked ETA paramilitaries announcing a ceasefire - however there are reports of others including one in 2006 when talks failed and then ETA bombed Madrid airport.

Importantly, no announcement of a permanent ceasefire..

If it happens I suppose the Spaniards would have to feel grateful, as with the impression I got with the IRA ceasefire here.

I felt disgust that some groups are that big enough that you have to pretend they're some kind of equal at the big table, then credit them for stopping atrocities they should never have done in the first place.

ETA is the weakest it has ever been. Since they killed the French police man, the once safe haven of France is gone. The last cease-fire was "permanent" so I am guessing they are not willing to call it that just yet, but as it stands now ETA can barely mount attacks if at all.

So lets see..

Apparently there were talks between ETA and the Spanish Govt in 2006, will the Spanish Govt engage in talks again or can they safely ignore ETA?
