I believe Donald means well and would like to Genie snap his ideas into reality but don't believe he knows that he can't or cares as much as being popular.
Trump doesn't seem to have a realistic grasp on what's feasible. Sure you can cut taxes, which will initially put a little money back in peoples pockets, but it's the lack of employment, low wages and rising cost of living that are the real problem. Promising jobs, with no realistic proposal of producing them from the White House is pandering.
You can increase border security and possibly build a wall but we'll never locate and deport 11+ million illegals.
He can attempt to bomb the **** out of ISIS but will kill many innocent women and children, have a limited impact on their forces and the US can't afford another full scale ground invasion, especially without drawing in other players, like Russia.
And we can try to use US officials and regulations to renegotiate trade deals but ultimately they're dependent on the markets, supply & demand and corporations, which the US Gov does not have unlimited control over. The US is a huge consumer based economy that relies more on cheap imports than ineffective cost production.
If he tries to bullhead his way in office on all these issues without compromise, it will be a global wide catastrophe.
